These Terms & Conditions govern your use of rbsji and apply to all Bangladesh players. By accessing your account you agree to these terms.
Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and rbsji ("the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any part of rbsji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by rbsji, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, roulette, crash games, and any other gaming or wagering product available on the Platform. They apply to all players accessing rbsji from Bangladesh, including those in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.
rbsji reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these T&C at any time without prior individual notice to players. It is the Player's responsibility to review the T&C periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated T&C constitutes acceptance of those changes. The current version of these T&C is always available on this page.

1. Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement
The rbsji Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. rbsji employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds held in that account will be voided, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited without exception.
1.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility
rbsji operates as an online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. rbsji does not represent or warrant that the services are legal in all jurisdictions. If you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and rbsji accepts no liability in that regard.
1.3 Self-Exclusion & Restrictions
Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in any self-exclusion programme — including any self-exclusion facility offered by rbsji — are not permitted to register a new account or access an existing account during the period of self-exclusion. Any player who circumvents a self-exclusion restriction will have their account terminated and all funds and winnings therein may be forfeited. 2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on rbsji. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, rbsji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated balances, and forfeit any winnings derived from those accounts. Players must notify rbsji support immediately if they become aware that a duplicate account has been created.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
rbsji reserves the right to request identity verification documentation (KYC) from any player at any time. This may include a national identity card (NID), passport, birth certificate, proof of address, or mobile wallet confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by rbsji may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal exceeding ৳10,000 is processed.
2.3 Account Security Responsibilities
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their registered mobile number and password. rbsji will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player sharing, losing, or having their login credentials stolen. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify rbsji support immediately via the email address provided on the Contact section of the Platform. rbsji support staff will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or chat.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
rbsji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. rbsji does not accept cash deposits or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered to the same individual as the rbsji account.
3.2 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. rbsji reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts held in the player's own name.
3.3 Transaction Disputes
Any deposit or withdrawal discrepancy must be reported to rbsji support within 30 days of the relevant transaction. rbsji will investigate reported discrepancies and communicate findings to the player. rbsji's determination of the correct transaction amount, based on its internal transaction records, shall be final and binding. Players are encouraged to retain their bKash, Nagad, or bank transaction receipts as supporting documentation for any query.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Conditions
All bonuses, promotions, and free spins offered by rbsji are subject to specific wagering requirements (rollover conditions) as stated at the time the bonus is issued. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for a welcome bonus or deposit match bonus is 30x the combined bonus and deposit amount. Bonuses must be wagered in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play is permitted. rbsji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
4.2 Bonus Abuse
rbsji actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk; exploiting system errors or software bugs to accrue bonuses improperly. Any account found to be abusing bonuses will have those bonuses and any resulting winnings voided and the account may be suspended or permanently closed.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rbsji. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential legal action where applicable.
- CollusionCoordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live blackjack, or any team-based strategy that distorts normal play outcomes.
- Fraud and ChargebacksInitiating fraudulent payment transactions, unauthorised chargebacks, or reversals against deposits made to rbsji. Any chargeback initiated against rbsji will result in immediate account closure and recovery action for all associated funds.
- Use of Automated ToolsUsing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these T&C.
- Money LaunderingUsing rbsji for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. rbsji cooperates with financial intelligence authorities and may report suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
- Abuse of Platform StaffThreatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward rbsji support staff or other players through any communication channel is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1 Player Obligations
Players are responsible for managing their own gambling activity in a responsible manner. rbsji strongly encourages players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits via the account settings available after login. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility available on the rbsji Platform or to contact support for assistance. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.
6.2 Minors
Access to rbsji by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your household has accessed rbsji, you must notify rbsji support immediately. rbsji will suspend the account pending investigation and will void all transactions conducted by the underage individual. We encourage all adults who share devices with minors to use device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to gambling sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Platform Availability
rbsji makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party system failures, telecommunications infrastructure issues, or other circumstances beyond rbsji's reasonable control. rbsji shall not be liable for any losses, including missed bets or open positions, resulting from Platform downtime or inaccessibility.
7.2 Game Malfunction
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome — including but not limited to software bugs, data errors, or network failures during a live game session — rbsji reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid. rbsji's determination of whether a malfunction occurred is final.
7.3 Third-Party Services
rbsji integrates third-party services including game providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming, as well as payment processors including bKash and Nagad. rbsji is not liable for any loss, delay, or error arising from the acts or omissions of these third-party providers. Players' use of third-party payment services is also subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.
8. Amendments to These Terms
rbsji reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rbsji will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where practicable, rbsji may also notify active players of significant changes via the contact details held on their account. However, it remains each player's responsibility to check this page regularly for the most current version of the T&C.
Your continued access to or use of rbsji after any amendment to these T&C constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact rbsji support to request account closure. rbsji is not responsible for any consequences arising from a player's failure to review updated T&C in a timely manner.
